Design and Build

You already know it as I mentioned in my post of Why you should buy OnePlus 5? So you guys even know that it looks alike to iPhone 7 Plus.

Trust me when I Hold it for the first time, The Phone Was light and Curve back let me hold the slim device much better. The InHand feel is much better to iPhone sleek alike design.

It does not exactly resemble the iPhone 7 Plus as the camera bump in the OnePlus 5 is thin as compared to iPhone. If it would have been exactly similar to design, then you might have been able to use iPhone 7 Plus cases, But that’s not the scenario.

The screen as expected is precisely what you want, perfect brightness, great colour accuracy. There is no 2K display, but once you look at the 1080p Display of OnePlus 5, you won’t need one.

Camera

The most anticipated and the Hype for the devices in 2017 is all about the Dual Camera. No Doubt OnePlus adopted it as well.

I wanted them not to change the front camera as on the 3T. The OnePlus 3T front camera was excellent. The same is the case with the OnePlus 5 you get the same.

On the rear camera, As OnePlus Claims, it’s the highest resolution Dual camera setup. The Sharpness and details of the image are really good. The Other telephoto lens does have a lower aperture but eventually right at the sharpness department.

Over it was only in the One lightning condition at the launch event. So I cannot tell you the what’s perfect. It isn’t disappointing but more importantly, it’s a better step towards innovation. Once it goes through the proper update for bokeh effect it will be amazing.

What makes it stand out?

It does come with PayTM Quick pay support right at the lock screen. In other phones, you have to search for the app, click on Pay then the barcode scanner pops-up. In OnePlus 5 that barcode scanner is right on the lock screen and pay via Fingerprint. It does help you save a lot of time.

Experience

The Phone does come with Oxygen OS and No Doubt other to stock Android it’s the Only one which delivers the fastest, buttery smooth performance. No Doubt it makes you feel like holding a Nexus right from the Google Headquarters. The OnePlus 5 is also like the same.
