MEIZU to unveil more than 40 customer service centres across 20 cities and become the first smartphone brand to offer unique Delivery Repair Services – a doorstep servicing facility in India

MEIZU recently launched its flagship phone the MX5 at INR 19,999 to set the benchmark for smartphone design and performance in India. Keeping in line with the brands commitment to provide its customer the best products as well as unique after sales experience, the brand also announced its plans to unveil more than 40 customers service centres across 20 cities in the near future. Additionally MEIZU will become the first brand in India to offer delivery repair services, a doorstep servicing facility for its customers.

As of now the brands has 28 customer service centres across India (see annexure). Furthermore, a customer has three options to avail after sales services, mentioned below-
