Microsoft is back with yet another budget smartphone, launches Lumia 540!
Today, Microsoft has launched yet another budget phone which is Microsoft Lumia 540. It’s a Mid-range decent looking device with some best features for a budget phone which will be priced around $150 range(price before taxes).According to Microsoft, this device is specifically target for countries like India, Brazil, Italy and so on and it has a dual Sim. So be prepared as the launch is around the corner(May) in India and is expected to hit the shelves by June.

What’s wrong with Microsoft?
Microsoft first came up with a Lumia with it’s Brand Name(Microsoft Lumia 535) in November 2014.Since then, 7 phones(Lumia 535,430,435,532,640,640XL,540) in just under 5 months have been launched.And the funny part is, they all are budget phones.Fans all over the world are expecting a Lumia Flagship(which won’t be launched until windows 10 is ready) and not this overcrowded list of Budget friendly phones.
What may happen?
As i talked about it in my previous post, Microsoft may eat it’s own products.Right now, with so many launches, there is a lot of confusion over which phone to buy in Budget section.Microsoft had just launched it’s Lumia 640 which has got ALMOST(bit better) the same specs as 540 last month at MWC.This product has a huge chance of failure as Microsoft has kept it’s product(540) under a direct competition with it’s own product(640,535).
Which one to Buy?-Lumia 640 Or Lumia 540 Obvioulsy there’s got to be some difference and we at AbsoluteGizmos.com want our user to be discrete about these devices and choose themselves which one suits them the most.
