Roughly 2 months ago,Microsoft stated that a Flagship will be launched once the final build (Windows Phone 10) is out.So,as the time is approaching we are hearing about two Projects that Microsoft has undertaken by the name “Cityman” and “Talkman” which are rumored to be much awaited Microsoft Lumia 940 and Lumia 940 XL.These are the two flagship phones which will run Windows 10 Mobile out of the box.The rumored specifications of both these devices are as follows:

Microsoft Lumia 940 (Project Talkman)

  • Resolution: 2560 X 1440
  • Battery: 3000 mAh
  • RAM: 3GB

    • Primary : Approx 20 Megapixel with LED Flash and Carl Zeiss Lens
    • Secondary: A Wide angle 5 Megapixel snapper
  • Graphics: Adreno 430
  • Build : Aluminium Frame with Polycarbonate Back(Similar to Lumia 830)

Microsoft Lumia 940 XL (Project Cityman)

Rumored Specification are:-

  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 810[Octa Core Processor]
  • No.of Cores: 8
  • Display: 5.7 QHD Screen
  • Resolution: 2560 X 1440(not sure about dis!)
  • Battery: 3300 mAh
  • RAM: 3GB
  • Camera:
    • Primary : Approx 20 Megapixel with Short Pulse Variable tone LED Flash and CarlZeiss Lens
    • Secondary: A Wide angle 5 Megapixel snapper
  • Graphics: Adreno 430
  • Build : Full metallic unibody frame
  • Internal Memory: 32 GB
  • OS: Windows 10 Mobile

  • Native Pen Support(Pen which is used in Microsoft Surface tablet PC line-ups)
